If you have already activated your Concur Mobile app, you can use it to purchase tickets with your individual credit card (no option for campus paid airfare).

If you wish to book Southwest Airlines and will NOT be using the campus paid airfare option:

  • Use this Southwest SWABIZ site where you will also gain access to some UC rates; and
  • Earn additional Rapid Reward Points for each one-way leg of the trip  

Car Only Reservation

If you need a car only booking, enroll in loyalty programs for Hertz Gold or National Emerald Club, follow the links below so that your loyalty program profile will include the UC CDP#. If you already have either Hertz Gold or National Emerald Club membership, you can attach your loyalty program to the UC program by following the same links:
