Travel & COVID (March 3 at 11AM) – How is the travel industry continuing to respond to the pandemic? What does it mean to travel today and will travel ever be the same? This session will highlight some of the challenges and ongoing efforts to overcome them.

Marriott Hotels Safety & Sanitation (March 10 at 11AM) – The pandemic has forced the travel industry to publicize a lot more of their cleaning protocols. Join us as Dana Pellicano, Marriott VP for, Global, US + Canada Food & Beverage, will share how Marriott has always taken cleanliness seriously, but what more they put in place due to COVID-19.

Managing Unused Airline Credits (March 17 at 11AM) – UC has over $2.7M in unused credits (cancelled tickets that could not be refunded by airline, but funds are still in play as credits are valid for future travel). What should travelers be aware of and how can travelers maximize the value? Guest speaker, Andre Dawson (UC Risk Services), will be on hand to discuss options for international tickets.

Car Rentals & UC Insurance (March 24) – UC contracts with Hertz, National, Enterprise, Dollar & Thrifty offer travelers incredibly competitive rates and if the rental is for business, full coverage within the US. Guest speaker, Melissa Burley (UC Risk Services), will share details on the value of insurance to campus budgets.
