The Central Travel Office continues its efforts to educate and inform UC travelers on the benefits of booking within the system-wide program.

UPCOMING SESSIONS:

Sessions are held on Wednesdays and start at 11AM (click on the webinar title to register for the session):

February 26: Deconstructing the UC Travel Ecosystem — Review of the entire travel program, from the ConnexUC portal to the travel agencies, to campus responsibilities and more. This will not be a “how to” training, but rather an exploration of the program's many layers and how to take advantage of them all. 

March 5: Benefits & Perks of UC-Negotiated Contracts — From preferred seats to potential upgrades, UC contracts offer travelers a variety of benefits. This session will highlight some key perks and how to identify them. 

March 12: Booking and Managing Airfare — Understanding various options surrounding searches and seating, managing schedule changes and cancellations, dealing with the airline v. the travel agent, rebooking with credits and so much more.

March 26: Car Rental v. Rideshare — Explore the various points of consideration from points of travel and time driving to gas prices and toll fees when trying to decide between a rental car and rideshare/taxi.
