The Central Travel Office continues its efforts to educate and inform UC travelers on the benefits of booking within the system-wide program.

Sessions will start at 11AM (click on the webinar title to register for the session):

September 11: United Airlines: With the addition of over 230 aircraft to the current fleet of over 960 and updating of airport lobbies and gates, United will share how the traveler experience will continue to be elevated in the coming years. They will also discuss their ongoing efforts in improving accessibility to accommodate all abilities and needs. Attendees will be entered to win ONE certificate toward a domestic ticket anywhere United flies within the USA (TWO winners). Must attend full session and be present to win.

 

September 18: Hertz will share best practices to ensure insurance coverage for business related rentals and what to do when you run into issues. They will also discuss how to maximize your use of Electric Vehicles. Attendees will be entered to win ONE of the following: $100 Hertz certificate (1 winner) and winners will get status upgrades (winners will go up one tier from their current status up to and including President’s Circle). Must attend full session and be present to win.
